EAP Scope Clarification – March 14, 2012
  • Commencing on March 26, 2012, EAP Schedule C forms and the Non-standard Mitigation Supplement forms will be replaced. The new forms must be used as of March 26. Use of the old Schedule C and Non-standard Mitigation Supplement forms will be automatically rejected by the on-line application system.
EAP Scope Clarification – March 1, 2012
  • The scope of oil and gas developments that will be processed through the Enhanced Approval Process (EAP) has been expanded effective immediately. This change in scope will be reflected in the next update of the EAP manual, web-site documents and other related documents scheduled for update in early 2012.
