Watchable Wildlife Calendar
In support of Alberta’s Watchable Wildlife Program, Sustainable Resource Development (SRD) is pleased to present Alberta’s
Watchable Wildlife 2011 Calendar.
The calendar identifies specific wildlife activities and viewing opportunities throughout the year and includes monthly
wildlife viewing tips for observing many wild species.
Use this calendar to plan your next wildlife viewing excursion and be part of one of the fastest-growing forms of outdoor
recreation in North America!

About Alberta's Watchable Wildlife Program
More Albertans are becoming interested in various nonconsumptive uses of wildlife which do not remove wild plants and animals
from their environment.
Through its Watchable Wildlife Program, the Fish and Wildlife Division of SRD supports these nonconsumptive activities such
as:
- Bird feeding
- Species listing
- Wildflower identification
- Wildlife viewing and photography
